Authentic French Steel Tolix Table 55 in Original Yellow Paint

Designed by Jean Pauchard, son of Xavier Pauchard who founded Tolix in 1925, this is a fine example of the “Modele 55” table. A true innovator in French industrial design, Xavier Pauchard, the son of a zinc roofer, began producing household items that integrated a major innovation in France: the use of hot dip galvanizing to protect iron from oxidation. Tolix designs have become iconic worldwide and are widely loved and imitated for their sleek industrial design and practicality. This, however, is an authentic Table 55 in original yellow paint and in lovely vintage condition.
